Orma or “footprint”, is a monthly subscription for those seeking a more balanced approach to wine consumption.

Each month, I provide two wines with a light impact on your body by sourcing producers who work sustainably in the vineyard and practically in the winery, to achieve balanced product with as little intervention as possible. This means low ABV, responsible use of sulfites, spontaneous fermentation and light oak, fining or filtration.

To elevate the experience, chef and certified nutritionist Alessandro Campitelli will explore the tenants of an anti-inflammatory diet alongside Mediterranean-based cuisine and in a detailed monthly newsletter.
